Receive the wrong order or goods were damaged on arrival?
Please mail us at osmoticwear@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods to raise a request against wrong/damaged orders.

Please send us :
1) Your Order ID
2) a video of your received order
3) Please state in detail the problem at hand
4) No returns will be accepted if the product is bought on sale.
Our teams will proactively arrange a reverse pick up and send out a new fresh product.
Please note: The item should be unworn, unwashed with all tags attached and in the same condition, in which it was delivered to be eligible for a return against damaged/wrong goods.

Re-Purposed Fabrics
This product is made with repurposed fabrics. This rescued fabric may have otherwise ended up in landfills due to minor complexities.
The up-cycled fabrics may sometimes have small deformities, in the form of print, colour or surface unevenness (these anomalies are usually too small to be noticed.)
A color variant of the same style/product might be made in a different fabric.
The same product, from different production batches, may differ in colour and fabric type.
